" I bought a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 650R from Doug, he worked very hard for me to be able to make my purchase.
I recommend that no matter where you live in Minnesota or western Wisconsin if you are looking for a product that Northway sells buy it there, the customer service is second to none. I don't know about you but, I will go out of my way and even pay a little more if the business treats me like I am their very first customer like Northway has. Thanks a bunch Doug! "

I'm also absolutely amazed that Polaris can actually sell the acessories, ie saddle bags, backrest etc and sleep at night. The lack of quality on these items is a bit dis-heartening. Perhaps it is an opening for a quality, professional manufacturer to step in and take the up Polaris' slack and turn the Victory experience into a complete success."

"A 5 Star organization with very high client customer service orientation. I purchased a used 99 V92C at a very good price. The sales manager participated in the repair costs and updates. A 5 star purchasing experience that didn't end when I drove off. I had a message on my cell phone before I got home, (went for a two hour ride) inquiring as to how the trip back home was and did I like the bike. I got another follow up call a week later. I have never had such a great purchasing experience with 40 years of vehical purchases. I have spent 5-10 times as much on a car several times and never heard from the dealer again.
I can't say enough positive about this dealer, every issue is worked to sucessful conclusion. They take responisbility for their work, their products and their customers with very good value pricing. Give them the "5 Star Dealer Award"!!!
